Refund Policy - the basics

Returns & Replacements

Products are eligible for return or replacement only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.
To be eligible, you must raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
Change-of-mind returns (if you simply don’t like the product) are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of prepaid orders, the full amount (excluding shipping, if any) will be refunded. For COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer after confirming your details.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
For approved returns, Elara Essential will arrange reverse pickup wherever possible. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship, and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges.
