Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): ₹49
Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order directly from your Elara Essential account dashboard.
Delivery Partners
We ship through reliable logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post based on your location.
Missed Delivery
If the delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, our delivery partner will re-attempt. If undelivered after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
